No, no, no, no! It MUST be loose for me. Tight clothing will irritate me all day. Loose clothes are much better. No elastic and no funny fabrics (only cotton please)

Can't wear tight clothes as it is far too painful for me.

Tight and Snug topic

Loose tops for me, jeans snug from waist to knees. No low cut pants, as they feel as if they are going to fall off!

No low cut tops either. Something might fall out! 8O

I don't actually like the feel of tight clothing. But I like looking like a woman. My most womanly feature is my narrow waistline so if I wear loose shirts I feel like a boy. For that reason I usually wear tight fitting tops. Tight pants for similar reasons.

Along a similar line - I used to have a major issue with layering. I would refuse to wear an undershirt because it seriously pissed me off I didn't like the feel or look of it. These days layering is much more common (even fashionable) and shirts are made with thinner materials so now I can do it.

Purely for comfort - I prefer loose clothing and no jewelry.

what to do in tight-clothes cultures? what'd you all do in the 70's if you were around in the US and I guess part of Europe? :D I'm not one for tight clothes as well. had 34 waist which was big. not that I've gotten a bit fatter 34 and usually 36 is fine. what about women and tight cothes?

I was born in '80, but tight clothes were still popular there for a few more years. Plus, some of my clothes were hand-me-downs from my brother, who was born in the early 70s. I felt like a prisoner as a child in those clothes.

LOL. Oh yeah I remember. Took me years to figure out the headaches were caused by those really tight-ass jeans.

Mith, hadn't thought about it, but yeah; no jewlery. No watches, no rings, nothing around my neck. Hate that stuff. My parents used to get on my case about being late and wanted me to wear a watch. I wouldn't do it because it irritated me immensely. They thought I was just being obstinate. Thanks for bringing that up. I wonder if the clothing and jewlery are related things?

I'm also with you on the clothing; I'm thin too and feel like, if I've got it, why not advertise it a little? A tight bod is never a bad thing.

I dont mind tight clothing really that much....However Im on Crew and I wear spandex and Under armor all the time and that gets pretty dang annoying after a regatta. Although I hate really tight socks...They cut my foods circulation off almost, I feel the blood pumping when there too tight and I hate that, same with when I get my blood drawn, I dont mind the needles but the ternicate dries me near insane! I hate hearing my heart beat.

No tight clothes! I wear t-shirts (think of school shirts or school club shirts- the basic ones) and jeans (one size bigger than needed) because I cannot stand tight or clingy clothing. I can, however, wear shoes tied tightly (maybe it's not quite the same thing). But in general I can't wear the tigt clothing. It makes me feel terrible (not because it makes me look fat- I am quite small for my age).

Jewelry is to a woman what frosting is to a cake.

The only relationship between clothes and jewelry that I can think of is that the great thing about good jewelry is that it looks better on you with your clothes off. If a piece of jewelry doesn't make you look better naked, then it is too clunky, fussy or a bad design.

Kind of like how a good pair of jeans makes your hips and ass look good. If they don't do that, then they are bad jeans.
