I have just checked the literature,

If you see S.D. Hall et. al. in Clinical Pharmacology & Therapeutics, 2003, volume 74, issue 6, page 525 it states in the abstract that

"Concomitant use of St John's wort was associated with a significant (P <.05) increase in the oral clearance of norethindrone (8.2 +/- 2.7 L/h to 9.5 +/- 3.4 L/h, P =.042) and a significant reduction in the half-life of ethinyl estradiol (23.4 +/- 19.5 hours to 12.2 +/- 7.1 hours, P =.023)."

This strongly suggests that St John's wort will stop "the pill" from working.

Diagnosed under the DSM5 rules with autism spectrum disorder, under DSM4 psychologist said would have been AS (299.80) but I suspect that I am somewhere between 299.80 and 299.00 (Autism) under DSM4.

Thankyou everyone for your helpfull advice!! !! !

The urge to go into a meltdown has subsided for now.

I think the reason the meltdown urge is subsiding is because I am starting to remember things from my past more clearly. And I am finnaly making peace with them.
So my flash backs are getting less intence.

I may be making a weighted blanket in the future as well. So thankyou for that advice to guys!

I also talked to one of my room mates (The other is on vacation in mexico) about my melt downs.
I had her watch the video of the kid so she knew how bad it can get.

I was very supried at her kindness and understanding.
She didnt act shocked and didnt think I was weird.
Instead she asked how she can help.

She also toled me i should feel at home here because it is my home now. And i should feel free to be myself.

That ment alot to me because I had never had more then a handfull of people react with such understanding.

I hope any of you who live with room mates can find as much understanding and patence as i have found here.

Thankyou wp ! you guys really help me alot!! !! !! :hail:
