Do lie detector tests work with aspies?

In my opinion, I think a lie detector test would work on an aspie just as much as it would work on an NT.

That is correct, but see my above post. They are not 100% accurate, and they are biased by the person reading it. They do work, just not all the time for everyone.

well if they measure anxiety surely any aspie (defintly me) is gunna get anxous bein asked questions next to a macchine

And that anxiety gets factored into the baseline.

People with smarts can condition themselves to respond appropriately to such tests. This is unfortunate for autistics, as they are inherently honest, so it takes longer!

Yes, you could say that. A positive is what they call it when your body's responses fluctuate from your baseline that they found by testing you with questions like your age, name, birthdate, stuff like that. A negative is when your activity is too close to your baseline to assume a lie.
