I have to agree with the others about being realistically optimistic. You stated in the paper you weren't good at gym, if your not good at gym your probably not going to be a professional athlete.

The professional athlete quote I put in the newspaper was just an example, I really wouldn't become one. What I was saying was that clearly it isn't impossible for me to do certain things, but it is just more difficult for me to do them. I mean others would have a less hard time becoming an athlete compared to me, is what I was saying.

That was a great article!
I've been in the paper a couple of times. Once was because I won a Lion King colouring-in competition. I think I was 8. The second was about a small photo gallery opening.
I want to start raising awareness for Asperger's in my town too. I really didn't care about being interviewed about my photography.

All the people in this thread saying like "you can't be this, and you can't be that" I think, are missing the point.

I don't think Cory meant to say that he was going to be ALL those things AT THE SAME TIME. Just that there are no barriers (hurdles, yes) to achieving any ONE thing if dedication is undertaken.

That isn't to deny that natural physical abilities exist on a continuum. But asperger's does not prevent someone from fulfilling their natural genetic potential in the physical realm, and their learning potential in the intelligence realm.
