Making stuff!
lol! It's what i've done as long as I can remember.

Every single day for me is incomplete unless I paint/sculpt/write/draw/compose/forge/carve/cast something for at least an hour. I don't really "relax" like other people do. I just start new projects.

Lately I've been teaching myself to carve musical instruments from bamboo.
It is especially satisfying because it fulfills my need for making music and carving at the same time.

Could you post pictures/links to some of the things you make?

Making frag videos of me playing shooter games. Martial arts. Fitness. Dieting. League of Legends. Trying to socialize better due to the martial arts and going to the gym regularly. Yesterday my sensei told me to 'grab a chair, and sit down". And I took her literally and began looking for a chair and she was like "hey, what are you doing?" And I turn around and saw everybody else was kneeling down around her. It was pretty awkward.

I suppose my interest would be women, which is no bad thing since I'm a lot better around them now.

I've been totally obsessed with Sonic the Hedgehog lately with the upcoming release of Sonic Generations - I've been scouring the fan page for more information or images of the game. I'm just way too excited for it to come out. I think my partner will be enthralled when it finally comes out so she doesn't have to listen to me go on about it lol. (which I REALLY can do)

I'm getting into video game developing. Not actually doing it but reading about how developers do it; all the different departments and their involvement in a project. I'm loving Robot Invader and their first game Wind Up Knight. They have a blog and one of the bloggers really does go into detail. I really love new technology (in my book I'm trying to come up with ways to make virtual reality possible and explain it - I've already done teleportation - thanks to my Physics of Star Trek book)) but also looking back at the old and how we've come so far. Now I'm a critic of digital technology when it completely overtakes a person but I like to use the enemies tools. Anyway, it's convenient. I have now synced my complete sci-series and the chapters and notes onto my phone. I could live without it but it's just something else that makes life easier. I now have my notes saved in four separate locations.

I'm getting into online virtual communities but again just for research. I ten to get extra interested in all my research for my books. I was obsessed with maps of the Blue Mountains one day then scrapped the idea from my story. Kind of; I did use some things that I learnt from it.

But yeah, I'm really interested in new video gaming technology. I think ti was the mere mention of one of the RI bloggers saying consoles may soon be on the way out. The PS3 which when it first came out was almost $1000 is now $350 - $51 more than my phone. And the types of games I can play on this phone would probably start at $80 on Wii and be on sale in EB Games for $20-$30. I would have been more likely to pick up the game for $80. Instead it was free and $1.99 to unlock levels or unlock them by completing the levels with a perfect score.
My phone is still limited, a mere 16GB but I can update it. The games are still short and I can't always save whenever and the battery runs out fast, but in 10 years time we might be looking at console type games being on smart phones.Actually drop the smart and just call it a phone. 10 years ago I was 15 and didn't have a phone. Someone called my dad a yuppie for having one. And technology is advancing really fast.

My other research is about the internet, both its positive and negative impacts. I could get into it but I'll just be repeating myself. I want to show that it can be a useful tool but it can also take over you. It does still happen to me too but I can break away from it or use it to my advantage. That new FB game about building your own empire and going to war is a perfect lure. One good thing about social networking is the interaction I can have with people. And I just remembered I have a words with friends game going with my real life best friend. The empires game helps me interact with my mother. Actually most FB games were like that.

I still love the air force, sci-fi of course and physics, I'm getting back into socialism though I just refer to it as activism. I'll have to hone up on my art skills soon for the cover of my book so I'll probably get obsessed with that again. And I've been listening to Anti-Flag non stop for about two weeks now. I think they've woken up the activist in me.
I'm also really into Neil Gaiman. He is my God of fantasy writing. I just love his long descriptions. He's helped me write longer detailed chapters (but not the J.R.R Tolkien amount of detail).

So yeah, I like lots of things and could talk about them forever.

I love making lists of things. That will never change.

Adventure Time and Regular Show (cartoons).
Skrillex (dubstep musician). Assorted dubstep/electro/alternative r&b type stuff.
Autism related stuff, particularly services for adults and self-advocacy.
My friends.
The DJ guy I like, who is also attracted to me (ongoing).
I have such narrow interests. 8O

same as you.

I have been accumulating stuff throughout the years and my room started to look very clustered. Little by little in about 3 years, I got rid of 80 % of my possessions and can literally carry of my belongings in 3 suitcases. How happy I feel about this!

Technical Death Metal and playing guitar have been my primary special interests for sometime now. Lately I have been kind of getting into lasers. I think I can blame the reading I have done in the past about the 'Star Wars' Missile Defense Program for this one :/
