this one kinda unsettled me because I have often thought I am good at empathizing. When taking it I made sure not to impose that opinion and reflected on facts of past instances.

This one I know is very true. I tend to guess people are upset with me if they are not smiling due to my home life as a child. I still do it today with my husband and it has been an issue.
