Aviation, mostly commercial, military history, modern history, ambient or lounge music, jazz, and a hint of romance.

Modern world history, US history, political science, sociology, philosophy, film and music. I have spent entire weekends and whenever I have free time researching these topics. I have learned that I can impress my peers with endless pop culture references related to the last two and sometimes I will come across someone who is interested in my knowledge relating to philosophy. But pretty much everything else is worthless when it comes to making and maintaining peer relationships. My major is sociology so that is going to be pretty easy.

Crime, in particular serial killers and profiling, autism. My main all consuming and recent special interest right now is Michael Imperioli and his new show Detroit 187.

As silly as it might sound to some...mine is Power Rangers.

Really. It's not one of those things I expected to get into when it started, but I ended up hooked on day one at the age of 13, and I still love it even now. I've taped every episode and keep a detailed list of those, I've collected a whole lot of the toys and other merchandise, I even attended the first ever PR convention two years ago and have met some of the cast members, and intend to go to the next one next year. I'm not perfect on my knowledge of canon, since there's just so much of it and there have been some seasons I haven't been all that crazy about, but I still know a fair bit about the ones I love.

But most importantly, I clung to it throughout high school, as it gave me the escapism I desperately needed when I had to endure so much bullying and harassment from my peers. It also gave me a handful of characters I very closely identified with and provided me with the inspiration to keep going throughout all of that. No one else knew about it at the time (which was intentional--I didn't need the bullies using it against me), but these days, I'm not too afraid of showing my love for it, since I know there are plenty of other fans out there my age and older.

I uses to be obsessed with PR growing up...then I sort of lost interest somewhere during Lost Galaxy. But then one day a few years ago, I was flipping channels and saw an episode of Dino Thunder. I noticed that Tommy Oliver, of some of the older seasons was on it. This sort of rehashed my interest and I started taping every episode and keeping lists of which ones I already had. My goal was to get every episode of PR. Eventually, I quit taping them and bought all the MMPR seasons and since then have been going through the other seasons online. I sort of, forget about it a while, and then get hooked again. I'm on Lost Galaxy, now slowly going through each episode.

I used to fantasize about being a PR in grade school..like if my friends and I were all rangers and whatnot. I had whole stories plotted in my mind. I wouldn't say it's my HUGE interest...but I'm def. a PR fan.

I am really just interested in film in general, movies and television. I try to see as many movies and tv series as I can. I vote for everything I see on IMDB, and I have about 7000 ratings.

More specifically though, another obsession of mine has been Harry Potter.

Love Canal disaster, Chernobyl, and dead malls, especially Dixie Square Mall in Harvey, IL, probably the most famous of all dead malls. It looks like it belongs in the apocalyptic future. I even found a map of the old layout of the building and I try to follow along in videos that people have taken inside on Youtube. I don't live anywhere near IL (I'm in Canada) but I follow a lot of dead malls in America. We had one near where I live close it doors and was demolished in my city a couple of years ago but I was in the UK when it was happening, otherwise I probably would've been there with a camera every second day.

mine would have to be plotting stories....I would say writing stories but actually getting them written down is very difficult for me. I know every detail about the stories that I write and I know what's going to happen but I can't translate my thoughts into words. However if someone asks me a question about it then I can go on for awhile explaining the details.

If I had to give a different specialty, it would have to be playing with technology. I don't really care how the parts work together but I luv playing with new technology that comes out. I do some research on new toys coming out and when it does I have to have it in my hands to test.

Same. But I'm abit more critical when it comes to technical things... I understand how to use them, but them I'm baffled by their uses. I'm a bit of a minimalist.

As I mentioned before, my interest is kind of broad... It all started with drawing my own characters for stories and stuff. It branched out to writing and later to psychology.

Like Maika here, I can't write anything down. I abhor writing. When ever I write stuff, my hand gets sore. Though I can draw for hours without problems... But NEVER ask me about my stories unless you're ready to stay in one place for a few hours. I remember every single detail, though I may not always be able to bring them all up at once.

Fantasy and sci-fi fiction. Reading, writing, watching, digital modeling, drawing, gaming, crafts; all of them revolving around that core. Books are probably by greatest love, though. I've tried writing, and I'm pretty good at laying out plots and characters, it's the character interactions that often leave me stumped. Still I carry on with it, even though I am unlikely to let anyone else ever see it. The chance to create my own fantasy worlds is too wonderful to ignore.
