Careful! I just received a second "warning" for expressing an OPINION similar to this (albeit worded differently). The lesson I'm learning is to tow the line and agree or get booted.
Oh, and OPINIONS can be either "right" or "wrong" depending on the popularity of the poster.

You're calling other people names is not an opinion, it's an insult. You didn't attempt to refute arguments, you simply called names. ChangelingGirl responded in a way without calling other people names and in a logical enough sense. You did neither.

Furthermore, don't try to use popularity as an excuse. You were warned because you were acting badly, not because Daniel is some uber-popular poster (he's really not).

Personally, I applaud the mod who warned you, and whoever reported you (if that's the case).

Let's be accurate, shall we? I called ONE person an "idiot". This isn't (in my book) "calling other people names". It's making a statement on another persons' judgment of my character based on opinion.
By the way- the mod in question is a person who refers to themselves as "lau" (whatever that means). As to who reported me- I couldn't care less.

One person who never called you a name. For the record though, it is calling someone a name, and when you tell someone they're an idiot for believing a source, you're essentially calling everyone who believes that source an idiot.

As for judgement - you are reading far too much into the statements; go back through all of his posts and find me one instance where he calls out a name or says you cannot be on the spectrum. You will not find one, because there is none. He responded to your post saying everyone was a liar by pointing out that he was not a liar (and he is not) and a few posts later that typically people on the autism spectrum do not naturally know how to lie, although some can learn. When you continued to refuse to change your opinion, he offered a source.

Now look at your posts. You respond by telling him to screw off, which is always a highly effective debate point. You somehow decided that he was saying that everyone on the spectrum was incapable of lying, thus making you off the spectrum, despite the fact that he never once said that. Then you called him an idiot. And somehow you cannot see where you are in the wrong? And now you will warn off someone who is attempting to make a reasonable argument for dishonesty - something you have not been able to do - because it's a "popularity" thing. Come now.

Is there a "yawning" emoticon I can insert here?

Fine, let me put an end to this stupidity:
I am wrong. I am always wrong and am only trying to cause trouble.
I am (according to everyone else- lau) trying to cause ill-will and anger amongst all the fine, upstanding participants on this forum who are so superior to me.
There- are y'all happy now? Does it make everyone feel better- more elevated to know that I've acquiesced and admitted my ignorance?

I am, by nature, an honest person most of the time. However, I learned that sometimes it is necessary to tell lies. I don't like having to lie; I hate the feeling that everyone is scrutinising my body language and facial expressions in a way that almost feels like they're reading my mind (I don't think their mind tricks work on me anyway, because I often get accused of lying even when I'm not).

I much prefer to be honest, and I only lie when it is necessary.

You are wrong, but of course you don't believe it; you obviously think yourself above it and cannot analyze yourself. And no, quite frankly, it does not make me feel better, because you owe Daniel a sincere apology.

WritersBlock, why are you being so rude? Daniel did nothing to deserve the insults you gave him.

I never apologize for posting what it is I "believe" or how I feel. Least of all to faceless strangers on a forum with the sole purpose of bullying people into being what they are not.

Please, you're hardly subtle. When you do not respond to arguments by doing anything other than pretending to be the victim and "yawning", you're not exactly hard to figure out.

No, that's fairly obvious; you still haven't been able to respond to any of the posts asking why you're so rude when Daniel was not. The fact that your "beliefs" are actually insults is beyond you, clearly. You're far from the victim - if anyone, you are the bully - but if it bothers you so much, perhaps you should leave.

Ah yes, the old, "we're not the bully, you are" argument. Classic among people wth Asperger's.
Look, I've already admitted my failures, shortcomings and faults ad nausem. What more do you want from me?

Also classic when it's pretty obviously true. Again, I ask you to look through the original posts and identify who's calling someone else an idiot, telling him to screw off, etc.

I want a sincere apology extended to Daniel. I actually don't care whether you stay or not, but I do care about him, and you were out of line.

If you were banned, was it a temporary ban?

I don't need to loook back at things I posted.


But I am not sorry so the best you would get from me is an insincere acknowledgment of the aforementioned statements. How's that for "honesty"?

Oh, I know you know what you posted, but you seem to be unable to realize that you were the one being insulting and Daniel was not. I am actually somewhat perplexed as to how you cannot see this, because it's written out; it's not like a he said, she said thing, it's right out there.

No one needs your acknowledgement, insincere or not, about your posts, because everyone can read them. You've clearly all ready been dishonest about you being wrong (it's obvious you feel that that's not correct), so you can manage an insincere apology.

Well, my dear, you seem to have me all figured out. And to think I wasted all that money on seeing a psychologist when I could've just come here.

Now for the insincere apology:

I am deeply sorry for having posted the statements "screw you" and "you're an idiot". I shall live out the rest of my days regretting my sentiments and begging for forgiveness. If only I could see what a truly horrible person I am like RainSong does. But clearly I am far too stupid and self-ignorant. How will I ever go on with my miserable life?
