I wear clothes primarily for practical reasons and not for style. In warmer months this means plain cotton tee shirts in dark blue, green, gray or occasionally white paired to jean shorts and flip flops. In colder months, I exchange the shorts for jeans, wear a plain sweatshirt in the same colors as my tee shirts and wear plain, white Nike Air Monarch sneakers with plain, white tube socks. I do not like shirts with buttons or collars and dislike synthetic fabrics like polyester and rayon (but will wear a polycotton blend sometimes so long as it is not too scratchy). I will also go out of my way to wear clothes without designs, labels or name brands visible on them. Like most other aspies, I have also always had an issue with tags in my shirts and will do my best to remove them before I wear something.
