Me too. Mine change constantly, but animals are the one thing that stays consistent.

I've always been confused on special interests...according to diagnostic criteria, does it specify whether special interests change or stay the same? I haven't gotten a clear answer (or at least one I understand).

Tech, definitely. Especially Computers. Right now I have this need to find out more about Aspergers, and (strangely) to find out about peoples opinions on it.

I think that we need to E-mail this thread to all the experts, to show them, just how diverse, we all are. 8)

By the way, CockneyRebel. I just wanted to say that I am about 20 years older than you and I do remember the 1960s (was depressed during the late 60s because I wasn't emotionally ready for adolescence...) I watched the film of Woodstock four times while it was still showing in the cinemas, and bought The Who's Tommy album when it first came out. I remember staying up to listen to the whole album on the radio on the day it was released. I also loved the Small Faces' "Itchycoo Park" - one of my favourite "give your spine a tingle" songs that just takes me back to the 60s. Whenever I hear that on the radio, I turn the volume up loud and get lost back in time.

I do remember the early Kinks' songs like "You Really Got Me", "All Day and All of the Night", "Tired of Waiting for You", "Dedicated Follower of Fashion", "Sunny Afternoon", and "Waterloo Sunset". I only had to look at a list of their songs on Wikipedia and I instantly recognised these titles and began singing them in my head. UK pop in the 1960s was definitely cool. You've probably inspired to me buy a CD of these hits and add them to my mp3 player.

Buses! :)

I like buses, too. :)

My father works planning bus lines! :)

Ahh, my ideal job!!

Maybe you could give it a try. My dad is a transport engineer. He uses research data from trips in the city to feed a model that chooses the best trajectory for a bus line according to some parameters that are maximized (or minimized) (shorter travel time. minimum cost etc...). :) . Don´t know if you are interested in that though.

Electronics in general, and older technology in particular. I've been interested since I was 8 or so, maybe even longer. I'm currently working on my Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering so I can eventually support myself with my interest!
