Well you may well be correct I had a run in with a lady member here who shall remain nameless 
claims the men at the Meet Ups either irritated her OR aroused her self pity if she where to meet .I'd probably do both ( sad but true). after calling her out she apologised and was quite happy to inform me she found some Aspie Affection and things are
going great 
Also it upsets me to read aspie men making inappropriate moves towards autistic women. Perhaps theirs some truth when LonerMutant claims aspie men only go to Meet Ups looking for sex? :
