Just remember the Nazis made posters of the jews being compared to rats I am sure there were quite a few Jews who found those posters laughable or riddicules. I wonder how many of those Jews who did not find the Nazi propaganda posters all that offensive survived the death camps they were put into?

The perception that disabilities are being manufactured, in order to provide those of weak physical, emotional or mental constitution with an excuse, is at the heart of the demotivational poster's message. Whether that is an implicit or inferred part of the message one can only guess, I hope that it is truly sarcasm that was intended.
