A better strategy would probably be to try to sneak people out of whatever country was doing this. There'd be a lot of NTs who'd be up in arms about it--there always are those who are too compassionate for their "follow the crowd" mentality to take them that far, and their consciences to let them sit there and let it happen--and we'd all be doing the whole underground-railroad deal to wherever happened to be safe.
