I don't know? Probably pretty young. I vaguely remember someone asking me an age and I corrected them saying I was 'x and A HALF'.

anyone esle here constantly forget how old they are?

Sure do...

I was born on a leap year, so I get interesting looks when people ask me how old I am in leap years and I have to think about it. I even have to think about my "real" age, I think this is because it is an insignificant number to me.

I'm not defined by my age.

I am 31 for the record or 7 and 3/4's in leap years.

I have memories of thinking about my age when I was two. I was acting out a story with some dolls and I distinctly recall deciding that they were two because that was the age I was. I also have a video of me talking and explaining the workings of some contraption one of my brothers made. When the person doing the recording asks me how old I am I hold up two fingers and say "two." I don't have any videos of me at earlier ages so I don't know if I was aware of my age at an earlier point. I do have distinct memories of being aware of myself as a "toddler" (my brothers called me a toddler and I hated the word). And I can recall that it was difficult to walk with a large cloth diaper between my legs (making it harder to extract vengeance on my older brothers for their inflammatory speech). I was potty trained by the time I was two so these memories must be from before my second birthday.
