If possible, Alex would like them in 2560 x 1600 resolution or a 1920 x 1080 resolution (but the higher would be better) in the TIFF format.

Thanks for your response :P

I think it's a wonderful idea. I feel that we should do all that we can to raise money for our site. I like the idea about the different books on all the different subjects. This can benefit us in two ways. Of course we would be making money, but at the same time, the public can get a First Person account on what it's like to be on the Spectrum. I like this idea, very much. :P :D

I agree. There is so much out there written about Aspies, but WRITTEN BY NTs. And too much of it tries to put us all in one neatly described category. First person POV is always desirable. :D

Could you imagine a bunch of Aspies in a room together? We could unintentionally insult eachother the whole time, and most of us wouldn't care!

I used to do all the grant writing for the political science fraternity I was president of in college and I never once failed to get us money.

I could help with this.

You know what? I think all of us wrongplanet citizens should create our own organization, b/c only we know what we need and also the vastness of our disabilities, talents, etc.

I talked to my husband, who is a corporate banker and has a degree in finance and economics. He said he would love to help with any money handling issues, etc. that we may need. I also attended law school for a year, so I know some of my lawyer friends would help out with nonprofit status work etc. It is quite a legal maze to establish a nonprofit. The tax forms alone are daunting.

We also need to decide if we want nonprofit status solely in the US or if we want just UK status or both. We need to research and find where the best tax advantages come from.

I also think we should keep it under the umbrella of the name Wrongplanet though, b/c, well...b/c I think the name is representative.

I've noticed all those "autismspeaks.org" are all NT sites and although they are trying to be helpful, our founders of this website are much more in tune with us and I find this site much more helpful than any other one.

The idea is to keep this under the WrongPlanet banner for the reasons you mentioned, tallgirl - wrongplanet.org is currently being set up for this purpose. We'd be glad of your help I'm sure. :)
