Hate: Feeling alone & realizing sometimes that others really find me odd. I never quite believe it - it keeps on happening!
Love: The emotional intensity of my passions & my ability to transverse different frequencies of the multiverse with ease.

Hate -- That I'm totally clueless when it comes to dating, and am extremely uncomfortable in the presense of a man I'm attracted to. Why can't I be comfortable and flirtatious instead of clamming up? I'm 52 and can count the number of dates I've been on. I've had a few long-term (1 year+) relationships but they were friends who became more, not someone I went on a date with that clicked. I've actually NEVER been on a date with someone I was interested in. In every case I went out with the guy because I couldn't bring myself to say no and hurt his feelings. All the sensory issues are a pain too.

Love -- My oddball behavior means that I'm not expected to be a fad-follower or a bandwagon-jumper. Also, that I have a great memory for facts -- so much so that people come to me with questions about things as if I'm some sort of walking breathing encyclopedia.
