I haven't been with an aspie woman to see how it would go. But I've found myself to be more compatible with the women around here, according to their posts and stuff, and... it'd be nice to be in a relationship where I don't need to keep my aspieness in check all the time so I'm definitely interested in that.

If you say so .

I just find it hard to believe any aspie would think their worthy enough.

If I recall correclty I did ask you if you thought it was a one way street (no response)

I have to agree with you here. Very few people get me and so anyone who is willing to accept me that I am also willing to accept would be fine with me. It may well be that only an aspie would have the kind of patience needed to be with someone like me but I have never met one so I wouldn't know. Then again, I have never been able to have a relationship at all because of my social ineptitude so I really can't say either way. The loneliness is easily the most frustrating part of my life as I would love to have someone to care for but no one seems to want to be that person.

I'm married to an NT (ish?) woman. She's worth it, but if I'm ever dating again, I'm never ever doing another AS/NT relationship. Once is enough for a lifetime.

Yes I would prefer to date an Aspie for obvious reasons but I would prefer to procreate with a neurotypical in the same sense as I wouldn't mate with someone who had a serious genetic abnormality.

I do not like to be too close to anyone but I would like a child as normal as possible, since autism is genetic I have more chance this way of having an NT child who would nnot have the difficulties I face everyday. This may be selfish of me but if the other person is open minded they do not need to fully understand.

I don't think there is a way to tell if a child is going to be on the spectrum or not. There can be NT-NT couples with kids on the spectrum and vice versa. It's pretty much a game of chance.

I prefer an aspie. Aspie would understand and accept me better than NT, and I find aspies more interesting persons than NTs.
