I had night terrors after seeing "Snow White" at 6. A particular scene affected me badly. It's the scene when the queen/witch offers Snow White the poisoned apple. What terrified me was how helpless Snow White was in this situation. Perhaps I was more affected by this, because I had had two operations on my eyes to correct a squint at the age of 18 months and 3 years. I had to be restrained after the operation to stop me pulling off the bandages. Any film that features helpless confinement is apt to scare me (e.g. "Sorry Wrong Number", "Das Boot", etc).

When I went to see "Men in Black" (a film I loved) the second time, there was a trailer attached to it for "An American Werewolf in Paris." I was so traumatised that I didn't go into a movie theater again for years. I only went again to see the "Harry Potter" movie, which got me back into the theater for good. (For that HP will always have a special place in my heart.)

i saw A.A.W.P. last night! funny. sorry it trmatized you though. try watching it noe, it may not scare you anymore.

It's cool, I probably would like it. I still am iffy about werewolf movies but I love "Underworld." Hehe. I was just young, was all.

Dude, me too. That freaked the hell out of me.

This was all before I got into Tim Burton, though, so hahah...
