to elaborate....i sorta feel disconnected from my body sometimes...cos in the start there was plant consciousness, then plants created animals to move around the seeds....so yeah maybe my mind is a plant and my body is an animal...

and maybe this could be a general aspie thing....we're more aware of our plant consciousness roots? so we like to be alone n still sometimes? and just sway about n s**t

By the way, I'm thinking about putting that poem I wrote in my book "Reality's Crusade." It's got some similar ones, and the protagonist is autistic. (Every chapter starts with a poem.)

(these guys are fully grown men who dress in spandex superhero costumes and fight villains and monsters onstage as they play "clean" for kids in their teens and 20's. Their songs are funny and true and poke fun at a lot of more "serious" music. They also have a complex mythology and crazy obsessive cult fans, like me.)

I would go with People are Strange or White and Nerdy.

White and Nerdy is good, but not everyone with AS is white, and the song is so popular and well-known at this point that I don't think it's really the best one for us. I mean, it's a great song, very funny, but the fact that SO many NT's have identified with it, and that SO many NT's have it on their MySpaces, makes it seem...well, too mainstream. You know what I mean? If we're weirder and more different from most, then it feels self-contradictory to have our theme song be a song that's so widely adored by the public at large.
