Burnt hair. I hate that smell. I was a line cook for years, and reaching past open flames, into broilers, etc, you frequently singe the hair on your arms. I would scrub feverishly at the end of the night, or that smell would just linger with me after work.

Alcohol vomit is particularly nasty and trust me, in the circles I've frequented in the past its one I've had to endure a good deal (as well as originated here and there).

that reminded me of one real vomit-inducing one: New Car. there's just something about the new car smell that gives me instant travel sickness and an instant headache. why on earth do people buy new cars when the smell is so utterly disgusting? it takes years of airing for that foul odour to go away.

Did you know that they actually make air-fresheners in "new car" scent? (They have this really horrid chemically smell, and I don't think they really smell all that much like the "new car" smell...but they sure smell bad!) anyhow, aparently lots of people, including my whole family...like that smell.

New car smell? I love new car smells! I don't see what's so bad about them!

That and seeing one of your friends in the shower in her underwear because she puked all over her cloathing, has nothing to wear, and now puking down the spout - you seriously feel traumatized on their behalf, alcohol poisoning sometimes feels like something like the guy from SE7EN would do to somebody.

More bad smells:

Barf (people barf especially. I am used to cat barf because I have been cleaning up after cats for almost 28 years)

Cigarette smoke

New car smell

Certain hand lotions

Certain ointments and itch creams. (The only one that doesn't stink to high heaven is Gold Bond.)

The worst smell I ever experienced was the odour of a rotting corpse.
And no, I am no serial killer, I worked at a funeral home.

Bacon is the worse smell in the world, it smells like burning flesh literally. Its a smell strong enough to pierce the nostrils. Another terrible smell is when people who eat mcdonalds and burger king go to conventions or something and either the deoderant quits on them or they don't wash. Nothing worse then smelling hamburgers and fries in someone's sweat.

Once you have defeated a mouse infestation with poison, you will never forget the smell of the dead ones rotting in inaccessible places.

One or two decaying at once isn't so bad, but when you get a chorus of them it has an indescribable satan's flatulence effect.
