Even a Zoom meeting can leave me upset for a day, so now, I can get a day of distraction in anticipation as well.

I experience this for sure, but I began to take notice of it in the past 7 years or so. Going out, even if it is just for a few hours can leave me drained the following day. I especially don't really enjoy going out in the middle of the week or returning to work on Monday when I have been out all weekend.

Does anyone get drained after going out?

It depends on how much beer I drink, that night. :drunken: :hic:
