I also always look down when I'm walking or look straight a something far and never look at the people passing or walking

I'm not really sure about my natural walking. I probably sometimes look at the ground but apart from that walk normal as far as I know. I make a point to look as normal as possible to avoid ridicule by 'rude boys', and it seems to work. When Nordic walking my instructor always tells me that my right arm is too tense is if needing WD-40 Oil (don't ever use that to straighten your arm lol). I always wonder if he is just playing the picky NT but in anything sporty this happens. I don't know if my arm tenses up in normal walking, but this always seems to happen when I have a lot on my mind.

People comment on my walk from time to time. My first grade school sent me to doctors and had me in special ed. P.E. classes. My drama teacher in high school told me I needed to be mindful of my 'bouncy' walk when playing Lady Macbeth. And I caught my mom staring at her while I was crossing a parking lot and when I asked why she said she was watching the way I 'kick' my feet.

After reading this I realized I don't really swing my arms much when I walk. I usually hold my purse strap or put my hands in my pockets because I hate them dangling. Or I catch myself holding one arm crooked at a 90 degree angle with my hand hanging limply.

I've been told I have an Autistic run but nobody's ever mentioned my walking. Apparently I run in a bizarre manner.

I walk most of the time with my head down and my hands either in my front pockets or straight down to my sides, or bent at the elbows. My knees don't bend much. I have very little bounce. I have a hard time sitting up straight. I slouch most of the time because sitting up straight is very tiring. I have a dorsocervical fat pad on my neck between my shoulder blades and my shoulders roll forward.
