As you can probally see in my avatar I'm long torso'ed and very short legged. My "long pants" inseam measurement is only 26 inches. When I'm sitting up on a barstool I look like a huge brute, 
then once I'm of the stool and on my feet I appeare much more harmless.

I'm 5'9". I used to be 5'11". But my pant length hasn't changed. It kind of "snuck up" on me.
