Do you have diagnosis of NVLD, pervasive developmental disorder (such as Asperger's) or both? You have higher VIQ than I and minimally lower PIQ.
I consider NVLD as a pervasive developmental disorder separate from classic autism described by Leo Kanner. Both NVLD and ASD are serious and complex developmental disabilities, it is bad when NVLD (I think that the name should be changed to avoid association with scholastic disorders like dyslexia or dyscalculia and thinking that it makes people nonverbal (without speech)) is not classified in the same subcategory of neurodevelopmental disorders with ASD. I think that NVLD is different from ASD, but some NVLD individuals could and even should be described as having a sort of autism. I think that spatial learning disorder or visual-spatial learning disability might be not associated with social ineptitude and, even more, with "loner" personality, special interests or stimming.

I did online test today again and got such results:
Full Scale IQ 112
Verbal IQ 128
Spatial IQ 108
Working Memory IQ 105

In poll most people have VIQ significantly higher than PIQ (at least 20 points). Maybe relatively mild ASD is often "hyperverbal" autism? Is high VIQ more common in individuals with ASD level 1 than among people with more severe ASD? NVLD is like ASD - pervasive, serious, complex developmental disability. I think that I should have diagnosis of NVLD instead of Asperger's and schizotypy. I function really poor in occupational area. I may have personality disorder and could have in fact obsessive-compulsive personality disorder (OCPD) instead of OCD.

I might receive large benefits due to misdiagnosis. I can feel like a fraud who have just a learning disorder with anxiety and disordered personality instead of PDD and mental illness :(

The first time I was tested I was 6. My medical records show that my overall IQ was 109. I was tested again when I was 45 and that report did have all the category's listed but I don't remember what they were. Overall that IQ score was 106. Every time I take one of those online tests the score comes out as 184-187, lol. I don't consider myself to be very intelligent but I do read a lot and have a lot of trivia stored up in my files. I have been diagnosed with Aspergers.

Today I made the test next time and scored good in Working Memory (121), only 4 points worse than in Verbal (125). In Spatial I had 103 and 113 in Full Scale.

For me most images in spatial part of the test looked the same. I noticed that in sequences of pictures in working memory test every time the same pictures were presented in six sessions.

So I do not have NVLD?

As explained your working memory score will improve with repeated tries.

I have an NVLD profile, but also have some verbal learning abnormalities (e.g., poor recall of stories) that does not fit into NVLD. So my actual diagnosis is specific LD. I’m also diagnosed with Asperger’s (ASD level 1).

I took the test from https://openpsychometrics.org/tests/FSIQ today again, after some months without doing it. My results were:
- FSIQ 107
- VIQ 139
- Spatial IQ 99
- Working Memory IQ 98

Verbal part was definitely the easiest for me, although I checked meaning of one of words from the VIQ part of the test some time ago and remembered what that word means. Two other results were about 40 points lower than VIQ.

I don't know the numbers but at my last evaluation I had a clinically significantly higher performance IQ than verbal IQ.

Once, when I was 15, I was a "near-genius" verbally----but "low average" in "performance." 150/90 for a Full Scale of 131.

These days, though, I'm usually "low-superior" verbally and "average" "performance"-wise. I was 120 Verbal, 104 Performance on my last IQ test. My full-scale score was 114. That makes more sense for me.

My IQ tends to fluctuate but one thing remains the same: I always have too large of a discrepancy for the full-scale IQ to be accurate or valid.

I think that my IQ test result from V 2016 indicate some definite form of NVLD, but it is quite atypical. WCST (Wisconsin Card Sorting Test) and a test associated with drawing 2D figures after looking at them at the paper from memory suggest:
- WCST - very poor executive functioning, results not better than 15th percentile, sometimes lower than 5th, one subscale ("learning of learning") was even below 1st percentile,
- on the test about drawing figures I made 4 errors when the norm is 0 or 1 error - it suggests poor visual memory which is consistent with the suspicion of NVLD.

Arguments against NVLD (based on Wechsler IQ test):
1. Arithmetic in gifted range (18, corresponding to IQ 141, about the 99,68 precentile).
2. Vocabulary more than 3 "large" points higher than Arithmetic (14, corresponding to IQ about 117 - 123).
3. Good result in Block Design (14, the highest in PIQ part).
4. Good (but not as good as result in BD) result in Coding (13).
5. Similarities lower than Block Design (13 vs 14).

Arguments for NVLD (based mostly on Weschler IQ test):
1. VIQ 22 points higher than PIQ (126 vs 104).
2. Perceptual Organization Index (POI) 25 points lower than Verbal Comprehension Index (100 vs 125).
3. Highest from: Information, Similarities, Vocabulary (Information, 17) 8 "large" points higher than lowest from: Block Design, Coding, Object Assembly (Object Assembly, 9) - it corresponds to about 40 IQ points.
4. Relatively low Digit Span (especially backwards!) - 11, the lowest among VIQ scores after Comprehension and Similarities (13).
5. Quite poor performance in Picture Arrangement (8, corresponding to IQ 89 (29th percentile)).
6. Quite poor performance in Picture Completion (only 9).
7. Difference between the highest VIQ subscale (Arithmetic) and the lowest PIQ scale (Picture Arrangement) is 10 "large" points, which is quite big difference (lower means IQ 89 and 23th percentile (only less than 1 from 4 persons have lower), higher means IQ 141 and about 99,68th percentile (only about 1 on 319 have higher), there are 52 points of difference (almost 3,5 standard deviations) and the quotient of 319 and 1/4 is very large (1276)).
8.The quotient of the frequencies of result about 99,68th percentile (319) - Arithmetic in Wechsler test and of result below 1st percentile (less than 0,01) - learning of learning in WCST is 31900 - it is very large number.
