What do you eat and drink in a typical day?

Breakfast: Two boiled eggs with toast fingers or four Weetabix biscuits soaked in milk, plus some strong and milky Irish Breakfast tea to wake me up.

Snack (elevenses sort of thing): Bread and cheese, crackers, whatever.

Lunch: Peanut butter sandwich plus a tangerine or a sliced apple kept in orange juice to keep it from turning brown and a bottle of water.

Snack: Bread and cheese, crackers, whatever.

Supper: Pasta with grated cheddar, grated cheddar and tomato sauce, or alfredo sauce, plus lots of water and a glass of milk.

That's just in general. I deviate from it quite a bit.

I don't like food all that much...but lately my food has consisted of hamburgers,fries,and cokes.

Breakfast is a must......cereal or 2 slices of toast with jam (jelly) and peanut butter. And Herbal tea.

About eleven I have .....another herbal tea, and a biscuit.

lunch, ........sometimes I miss and sometimes I'll have a pastie and another tea.

3pm .......another tea.

5pm dinner.......any of these, Pasta, meat, rice, plenty of veg, freash or frozen, stews, and casaroles. Beans on toast rarely, 99% of the time we have onions and 60% mushrooms. In summer salads and anything light. the list goes on. And sometimes we get take in, which for me is a chicken roll with about 6 chips.

Fruit is lacking because of a stomach disorder so I drink my fruit with Smoothies, I love them.

Drinks, .......Herbal tea, water, coffee, hot chocolate and recently coke. and when we go to the Cheesecake cafe I'll have a Mocha (Coffee and hot chocolate.) with a piece of cheese cake. or other cake.

snacks ......usually in the evening consist of chocolate, my husband buys it, and I to my shame eat it. :cry:

Breakfest - Don't ussualy eat it, stomach hurts too much first thing in the morning, or else I'll grab a custard style rasberry cheesecake yogurt or brown sugar poptart.

Lunch If I eat it - a peanut Butter and jelly sandwhich, or turkey and cheese sandwhich.

Dinner - Whatever im in the mood for at Mcdonalds, sence im ussualy there working during dinner time, or else another peanut butter and jelly or turkey and cheese sandwhich and a poptart and yogurt.

snack/dessert I'll indulde in a resses peanut butter cup or some strawberry cheesecake icecream sometimes

Beverage - PEPSI whenever I can, or coke if Im at work, sometimes milk or a glass of cranberry juice, or water if nothing else is availible.


Rarly i'll acctully feel like cooking and i'll thaw out some chicken or pork, but, that dosent happen often.

I usually eat by time of day.

8:00 - Cereal - something granola or healthy with whole milk; half a cup of coffee with milk; a glass of water

12:00 - Varies from month-to-month...it was those microwave bowls of soup for a while and now it's organic, - meatless frozen meals (so good, you wouldn't believe it). For a month all I ate for lunch was a Red Bull and a Power Bar. Fridays at lunch are flexible days; I usually go out to eat with a group of people from work that I've known for a long time.

3:30 - Bottle of water

5:00 - Glass of beer and maybe a peice of good chocolate if I've got some

7:00 - Dinner time. It depends on the day of the week and if I'm up to cooking something. I really like to cook, but my kitchen is so small it's getting hard the better I get. For example, Thursdays are offically Boneless Hot Wings, chips, and pint of beer night at the local sports bar.

9:30 - Small bowl of cereal. This is flexible. It depends on what I'd eaten that day, the estimated healthiness of the day's consumption, and whether I'm home or not.

I just love a good routine so I've decided not to include fast food, snack food, or sodas in my food/eating routine. Keeping an eating schedules gives me the comfort of a routine even when the rest of the day/week isn't going in it's usual, routine way. I keep all of my portions are small and when I've finished my food, then I'm done eating. We call this the low food diet.
