Breakfast is a must......cereal or 2 slices of toast with jam (jelly) and peanut butter. And Herbal tea.
About eleven I have .....another herbal tea, and a biscuit.
lunch, ........sometimes I miss and sometimes I'll have a pastie and another tea.
3pm .......another tea.
5pm dinner.......any of these, Pasta, meat, rice, plenty of veg, freash or frozen, stews, and casaroles. Beans on toast rarely, 99% of the time we have onions and 60% mushrooms. In summer salads and anything light. the list goes on. And sometimes we get take in, which for me is a chicken roll with about 6 chips.
Fruit is lacking because of a stomach disorder so I drink my fruit with Smoothies, I love them.
Drinks, .......Herbal tea, water, coffee, hot chocolate and recently coke. and when we go to the Cheesecake cafe I'll have a Mocha (Coffee and hot chocolate.) with a piece of cheese cake. or other cake.
snacks ......usually in the evening consist of chocolate, my husband buys it, and I to my shame eat it.
