Never watched Game of Thrones

I would only discuss fictional characters and history with the author. Sir Arthur Conan Doyle got thousands of letters asking for the help of "Sherlock Holmes." Doyle did crack one case, but it took him years.
People use fiction to gain insight into life, but can get lost there instead. A hobby store used to be about making working models and learning about how things work, or studying nature. Now, a lot of the business is in supplies for elaborate sculptures of fictional life. These will not help any real people cope with a changing world.

Looks like I'm the only one who follows the saga. Only 4 episodes left. It will be interesting to see how it turns out. At least I hope it will be interesting.

Will the Night King overthrow Winterfell or will he be defeated? Who will end up on the Iron Throne in the end? Will there even be an Iron Throne in the end?

...Does the poster above me have HBO? The poster above him - I was interested by that story about Will the Shake 4Fing you 8O ! :? Was that the case when you were enlistment she? Neither you two posters may care about this, but thinking of a playwight reminds me that the late Stan Lee, when he was in the Army in WWII, had a job writing educational training exercises and had the job assignment/title of " Playwright ' - one of eight??.ever to be called that.

...I have never seen GOT, nor read any of the books (Although now now that I know it's got nekkid :P d stuff - Boobies? :lol: - AND blood - Woo hoo! Can't stop me! Lead on, MacDuff :D ! :mrgreen: ). I have always been rather cold to this " English fantasy ' genre - I have never read nor saw the movies of LOTR, Harry Potter, Narnia, or...uh, this. I'm rather an Anglophile I n my entertainment, too, so :? . Maybe if I read - or saw, reading is passe :twisted: - the right book, I once had a paperback of " The Hobbit " but never read it. I once had a copy of T.H. White's " The Once And Future King ", which I believe is along with Tolkein considered the templates of this genre?? (My parents had had one too), never read it, now I have s 2nd-hsnd copy in storage among my other stuff in storage in Santa Cruz, perhaps I will be reunited with it someday.*
