You are fortunate in being open to other viewpoints. That's really important in recovery, and in success.

There are people here who are stuck on their one viewpoint, and don't bother to listen to the "other side of the story." I feel like it's sometimes because they're skeptical of the intentions of others--because they've been taken advantage of in their lives.

It's an understandable viewpoint---but it's detrimental to them achieving their potential.

I often find that I am taken advantage of, and I tend to then break contact.

At least you know when you're being taken advantage of.

This awareness is essential when it comes to contact with humans.

Most people I encounter are either naturally decent----or just don't have the time to take advantage of people.

Many times, people who take advantage of others "do it for a living"----because they don't feel there's any other source of income. Many criminals are in that category, for complex reasons.

I was never that great in any way to begin with


Started rapidly declining a long time ago


Only 36 right now


And only getting much worse



Academically stupid, vocationally incompetent, socially awkward, emotionally fragile, financially broke



Etiologically diseased







Wounded


Conquered



Lost
Loner
