What type of stim do you like and why is it a stim for you ?

Hitting wooden surfaces using the back of my hands regardless of location.

Now that I am back in school, I only do this when no one is noticing
but preferably outside of the classroom.

I also have a stim in my legs where the stim happens
where they bounce repeatedly without warning. This usually happens at home.
(I don't know if this is a sign of RLS, but I'll talk to my doctor about this issue.)

I also scratch my back on wooden chairs as if I needed to scratch my back.

I rub my feet against each other or against the blankets at night. I'm not always aware I'm doing it but it's soothing.
