Ones I have now or have had in the past (some of these are completely gone, some partially, and some are still there):
- toilets
- beds
- spiders
- not having a clear path out of a room (had a full-bore shrieking panic attack over that one a few days ago, lest anyone think I'm exaggerating)
- vomiting and vomit in general
- certain noises or movements (can't describe them unfortunately)
- sewing machines
- dead butterflies
- partial flowers
- certain particular steps
- red giants
- anything wider than a thin bracelet around my wrist or ankle
- the sky
- drive-by shootings (in areas where they didn't even happen, to the point where I couldn't go outside -- a normal level of fear would be rational, but this wasn't)
- sleeping with my head pointed southeast or southwest
There's probably a much longer list, but I've had a
lot of phobias in my lifetime.
