And thanks for the warm welcome, everybody else. Flagg, I believe a more accurate description would have been:
1) Amicable
2) Temperate
It's useful to be able to exercise those traits when necessary, even if--like all things--they are not universally appreciated.
Those are good qualities, and there is a good reason for why you were chosen to become a mod, and I believe the "indecisive" thing is actually the opposite, it will help you to have more objective and more accurate judgements about things.

Maybe we could designate you a "Apprentice Moderator!" You could moderate the kids forum. I wonder if Alex or other moderators could have Apprentice Moderators just for our cool WP kids? What do you think? Good idea, moderators, Alex?
