sorry to say this but in one point of wiew i cant help it coz of workers that are here they can handle sidsuations difrently...but instead of letting me meltdown "peacely" they restain me and maybe its is coz of my bad section when i could hit em if they were trying to come close me or get me...but i hate being restained in such way there has no chance to get of from your self :roll:

That's funny, in fact... I do something a bit similar too.
Since I was a kid, I've always slept with the quilt up over my head (leaving an opening for the mouth and nose to breathe). I still do this and can't sleep without. I also use to wrap my arms around myself when I'm going to fall asleep. It feels comfortable. Wrapping the quilt about the body can be nice too, but not necessary.
I wasn't sure if this was an aspie thing, but it might be. Kind of sensory thing, I guess. But beside that I have no sensory issues.

anaconda is a huge snake... im so tiny it could mummy wrap me in like 3 layers... and it would be quite warm under all that muscle because it holds heat... he coiuld squeeze me all the time hahaha... i love being squished hhhahaa... just as long as he does not klll me..

no way i HATE dogs.. they make too much noise for me barking, i cant stand it... barking triggers meltdowns with me..

besides an anaconda is MUUCH heavier and can squeeze MUCH tighter
