When will people learn that there is NO SUCH THING as the English Language as ONE SET, CONCRETE language...

English is a base upon which HUNDREDS of dialects are built. I don't think anyone speaks the original ENGLISH anymore anyways

If someone's gonna adopt the English language then they can at least have the decency to get it right like the Scots and Irish did.

I prefer pants. I guess I like it when girls can just wear what's comfortable and not worry too much about looking "pretty". But of course, I don't really care that much.

Yeah, too bad pants aren't comforatble.

I tend to prefer pants to skirts. I like clothes that conform tightly enough to my body to remind me of its boundaries, and am one of those who prefers deep pressure (i.e. spandex and heavy blankets, as well as tight jeans).

I do wear skirts/dresses at times, but the sensation of the air againsy my bare legs or of the fabric of the dress flapping around and getting tangled between my legs (yes, I am clumsy enough that this seems to be an issue!) bugs me. I'm not fat and don't have a bad figure, so I don't see why form fitting pants should be a problem.... Besides, wearing skirts makes me feel more feminine, and for some reason, feeling sexy isn't a problem, but I'm often not comfortable with feminine.

*thinks hard* Oooh like those lacey-topped bondage things! Honestly, those are SO yesteryear! Over here, at least for me, stockings are tights, only instead of being made of wooly thick opaque stuff, they are made of nylon.

 *giggles* Gotta luv ya!

I'm surprised hotpants haven't entered into the topic yet. You can rely on hotpants to bring flavour to any conversation.

I personally like wearing dress pants (or "trousers").

So the question which, do we as dudes, feel looks better on a girl? I'd be leaning more towards jeans, which most girls seem to look awesome in.

Where I live among the Asians the Muslim population have very respectful ladies. They wear clothes that cover them so no man can be tempted by them. They also restrain themselves from being aggressive which is graceful. Overall, I must say I think Muslim ladies are some of the best ladies in our world, probably the least likely to have extramarital affairs and the best at bringing up children who act respectfully. I hope more Caucasian women of Western descent and the other non-Muslim women among our world begin to think more along the lines of Muslim women and cover themselves up more. It would raise the standard of our society, but that is just my opinion.

In response to the poll I think both options are rather revealing. A skirt is not appropriate in my opinion. However, neither are jeans because they are so tight usually that they reveal a female's shape too much which arouses males. If the jeans are loose I'd choose them though.

Just a question, Acoustic. So, you think girls should always wear clothes that reveal no hint of femininity? Because it arouses males? Is it their fault that there are men who cannot control themselves? The men have a lack of control, and so Muslims try and pin it as the fault of the woman. It's that sort of thinking that led to the mass execution and hysteria in the dark ages, when women would be deemed witches for the slightest thing. Its really a childish behavior, being unable to accept that the man is at fault instead of the woman, but it has occured all through history. Such views as you've expressed is a continuation of men's inability to take responsibility for their actions. The great majority of men are well able to control themselves, only a minority turn into rapists. Yet, for the actions of those few, you would lay the blame on the shoulders of the woman.
