I'm learning disabled with ASD overlapping tendencies, and I was almost a month premature in the 60's. I have no idea if that has anything to do with it, though.

I was on time, but had to be born by c-section. My older brother was a month early and was also born by c-section.

I was supposed to be born on Christmas Day, but was late by 6 days, and born on New Years Eve instead. I'm really glad I wasn't a Christmas Day baby. I would have hated that.

2 months premature, my mom had preeclampsia and toxemia. I came out quick...too quick lol...45 minutes. I had a big head too for such a little baby.

No, I wasn't premature but the labor was induced. :) But it says "normal" under kind of childbirth on those documents like my birth certificate and my vaccination record book. I was born after 36 weeks and it was induced. I wouldn't come out or something because she was too small or something and the doctor grabbed me with forceps and pulled me out. I weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces. There was some "jaundice epidemic" or something according to my mother on the hospital ward and they isolated us babies from other people or something, and my grade 11 parenting teacher years later said it was probably the formula they fed us or something, not a disease or epidemic. Then later I heard jaundice is totally normal in babies. My mother wasn't sure if I was one of the ones that was jaundiced though.

I was born 2 weeks early, but I wouldn't say I was born prematurely.

I was actually due on Christmas 1989, but was late five days.
Technically, my birthday is still obliterated by Christmas (the fact that I get my presents in Mid-January. Sigh.)

have AS, was born 2 weeks early & weighed 5 lbs, 1 oz. My daughter was born 2 weeks late & is NT. My son was born 4 weeks early, weighed 7lbs 2 oz & has AS. (Good thing he came out early, I'd hate to know how much he would have weighed has he gone the full term...like 10lbs, maybe)

My son who is diagnosed AS was anywhere from 2-8 weeks early depending on which doctor you ask. His due date was in late February. He came in early January. He tried to come around Thanksgiving. I tend to believe the developmental pediatrician who said that the only way that he could have had the problems that he had would be if he were around 7-8 weeks early.
