I think that's about the size of it. But if you use 'reality' when you mean experience, & also to mean Reality, you're just going to cause confusion. & not just among the people you're talking too, it's also going to make it harder for you to think clearly about what the difference is.

It doesnt for me - your head creates your own world and the world would be a much better place if they realised this as a reality.

This is like Mind Only Buddhism, a sect of buddha dharma which teches that there is no reality outside of our perceptions. Very interesting, but debatable.

That means that with enough will power you could be god.

Well, if your head creates reality, then surely all you have to do is make "the world" realize this.

Ive been trying anbuend Ive been trying but some people are so thick. Anyway less I stress cause reality is what you make and I dont even have to make that mine.

Now is this getting frustrating...

Well if you are depressed you see the world as a realy dark place, while if you were a happy child you see it as a fun place, and if you were fast paced you might see the world as such.

If your head creates reality, simply create reality such that most people are more intelligent, and will see your point.

If you cannot do this, it would then be reasonable to suppose that there is indeed an external reality, which you cannot reshape with your thoughts.

I was told at one point that the whole "you create reality" meme tends to eventually result in frustration and depression, because people then assume that if bad things continue to happen, it's their own fault somehow.
