As a child I liked dividing ants into halves using a piece of sheet metal - because as I explained it to mother then it looked cool when one part of an ant stayed on the ground and the other one went on - "human wouldn't do it" 8)

Thank you! I have Parrish prints in almost every room of my house. I have always longed to be one of his "girls on a rock".

oh gosh dont even get me started on supernatual stuff. I have ghosts in my house 247. First doors open randomly, u hear ppl walking, ur hear ppl talking, my ipod turns on sometimes by itself, tv switches channels, a lot of wierd stuff happens thats veryyyy creepy. On top of that, theres a woman who hangs outside my bedroom, you see her outline in the line yet, i dont know where the heck the light is coming from when all doors closed, shades down, lights off, has to be dark with me anywhere in the house. Also my cross moves by itself on my wall. We've had things disappear in the house randomly. It gets very cold sometimes and you can feel ppl brushing up against you walking by, your hair stands up on your arms and your back of your neck, sometimes your see them, sometimes you only hear them, sometimes you only feel them. I see my brother and father sometimes, get kisses, hugs, and etc. I have been punched, saw black images, like bad spirits, been followed before. I have had sleep paralysis plenty of times. I've seen some crazy stuff in my life, ill tell ya that. I can go on allllllllllllllll day telling ppl stories about what goes on just in my house, i can go on alllllllllllllllllllll week just telling you stories of what happened to me outside of the house.

WOW I am curious about this, I would love to hear more.. fortunately I haven't experienced anything that drastic.

Anyone had any of these?

I've seen two UFOs, and had sleep paralysis once, and that's about it.

I had sleep paralysis almost every night from 80/82-97. Is/was it painful for you? I experienced level 8 pains with this (on the doctors scale of 1-10).

I've seen flying stuff-but, I can't call it unexplained.

The most unusual sight I've had was of something like a white quttich (ntot a harry potter buff) ball. I had been watching a silver flicker high up in the sky on a clear sunny day from the pool where I was just sort of checking out/zoning. And it were watching me. It seemed to be surprised that I could see it. It'd move one way. I'd watch it. It'd move another way. I'd watch it. It were very high up-to my perceptions. I thought it were higher than airplanes fly. But I don't have a good education to say what sphere. It'd move a 180 from it's position. I'd watch it. It was one of the most pleasant days I can remember having, actually. When after about an hour and a half of it moving about a spherical styrofoam ball about the size of a a mid size man's fist (accompanied with a sound I can't describe as being audible at all-as like telephone lines buzzing or insect legs rubbing on magnify-not quite like a fly) came out from no where on my left above me at a speed I couldn't gauge other than fast- acrossed me a few feet up (at this point I was just in a center of the pool back float looking skyward), paused, and zipped off.

I 'heard' it. Then it was there. Then it was off. All in about a blink-and a half for it's pause.
Really weird.

I thought 'what a cool camera' and wondered how it could 'see' because it was white and appeared solid. What else could it be? I also thought why send it as they obviously had the technology to see me from where they were or we wouldn't have been playing Peek-A-Boo. So then I thought, what a nice gift. Maybe it was guaging my reaction. I was....surprised.

Why hope for diamonds and riches when you have a peek into the possibilities of science?
Anyways. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

The Fact Remains. I live in the U.S. There is both air and army bases not 5 miles from me.
Why wouldn't have what I've seen be explainable. It's airspace. The TA and the Govt just don't want a traffic jam so they keep all the fun stuff to themselves. Period. The Jetsons.

Every night for roughly 15 years?? WOW I feel for you! That must have been brutal. If that happened to me I would have gone out of my mind a while ago. I didn't have an experience like that but I had another sleep paralysis experience, again a year ago. In fact I think it was an OBE, I don't know. But I saw bright lights and saw myself sleeping and I was spinning in the air, all of a sudden a I hear a loud shreaking like metallic sound and even felt some electric shocks while I was getting closer to my body.. then I jumped up, again with my heart pounding a mile a minute, thinking "WTF was THAT about and WTF happened??" As frightening as that was, I would take that over the Hag experience anyday! I would prefer none of it to happen though if I had a choice :) It's bound to at some point again.

I have seen two weird lights (different) near where I live.

The last occurrence happened a couple of months ago. It happened after a thunderstorm and I want to say it was ball lightning, but from what I hear about ball lightning it did not behave that way.

There was no other explanation though as it wasn’t an aircraft or at least it didn’t behave like an aircraft or a chopper.

Let me explain.....

I had gone out to watch the lightning on my back porch. (it was night... obvuiosly) Well.... the storm slowly died down and left and that was when the light showed up.

It was large. Bigger than the lights of planes that fly over. Almost basketball sized. It was also white in color.

It appeared suddenly. There was no noise no nothing. We have a lot of air traffic and no matter how high a plane/helictoper might fly we always hear the engine/blades/etc. With this there was no sound at all.

It just appeared toward the west of the sky and several feet about the treetops. Then it flickered and vanished... only to appear higher in the sky and several yards over. It did that for about half an hour, slowly moving east ward across the sky. It never got without of sight, and finally after about half an hour, it simply vanished.

It did not move in a straight line either.... it zigzagged. It would vanish and then appear slightly higher up several yards over to the west. Then it would vanish and appear below where it had appeared. Again, all while slowly moving toward the south east.

As said..... after a while if flickred once more and than vanished. In all that time it had moved yet had gone hardly anywhere... if you get what I mean. It didn't travel very far rather.

Here is a crudely drawn example....

Image

Also, later that night it showed up in the same spot as when it first appeard and statred moving in the exact same way.

Any explantionas to what it could be?

I have had a handfull of ghosty experiences. there were people who said the old Super Happy Fun Land was haunted. Maybe the lightbulbs would explode due to electrical surges, but they always seemed to do it right when i was looking at them. Also, even my heavily sceptical partner said he heard doors shutting and people roaming around the bulding when there werent any...blah blah...stuff like that....

I don't feel like going into a complete breakdown of all my possibly supernatural experiences...

I lived in a house once where I was afraid to sleep in my room...and my cats would not go into my room...and once, I was looking at my desk and a pen jumped out of the cup and rolled to the floor.

The house I lived in from infancy till the age of 6 was real creaky..but I think there might have been a protective spirit or something...because something would always tell my mom to go check on me when something bad was about to happen....like when I had climbed onto the window ledge and whatnot....
I remeber the whole house bumping for some reason and I thought that Santa and his reindeer must have been on the roof....but it was probably the middle of summer as I had no concept of the chronology of holidays and might have been waiting in the backyard for the easter bunny when it was June, for all I know. The house we lived in after that was real creaky too. Some really bad stuff supposedly happened there.
I used to go with my parents to a chinese restauraunt that was in this really elaborate old building that looked like a 1920's movie palace, with really high ceilings and you had to go upstairs to use the bathroom...and I was terrified of that bathroom...it seemed totally posessed to me...the whole bathroom was a dark spooky blue, and I swore I saw the toilet paper rolls spin by themselves...

i've had experiences since I was 7...starting with a triple out of body experience. since then I've seen two spirits, heard stranges noises right next to me for no reason, had an unexplained experience with my trashcan in my bedroom and just today, I've had a pop can move nearly 6 inches right in front of me for no reason (it was empty).

I like Terrence McKenna's theory about aliens and UFO sightings. He said that it all takes place in the mind and there is something out there but it's not like the reality that we are taught. I see a lot of people here who have paranormal experiences and I believe that it is a natural thought process that is higher than our typical consciousness.

I know he is considered to be way out there but I think he was a genius and in 50 years, people will see things differently.

What were the OBE like? I think I had one a year ago like I said previously.. I don't remember the actual experience, just the dreadful return! That was scary.

I remember....laying in bed needing to use the rest room...but not wanting to get up...eventually i felt myself get up and go. so there i was...sitting in the bathroom, but then i could SEE myself sleeping, and felt myself in bed at the same time. time seemed to not exist, and eventually i felt all three of us coming together in bed. at the time, i just felt weird... it was until the next day or so that i was able to figure out what happened.

Wow that is just too weird. That must have freaked you out seeing yourself sleeping. Do you have any recollection of returning to the body?

i don't know about that.. a while back i saw a great home video that captured an alien on film, and then this scientist guy proving that it was real.. and they used radiation meters at the sight where it was, because it like lunged out of this vortex and grabbed this kid's arm.. and the radiation meter was off the charts which normally would make you really sick.. .
after that i could never find it again.. almost like there's someone out there deleting it everytime it pops up.. :? i seriously have looked hard to find it again.. and these kids who saw it, after they reported it, the newspaper came out and said that the kids admitted that it was a hoax when they did no such thing!.. think about it.. whyy would a newspaper say these kids said something was a hoax that was not a hoax?.. does it not smell fishy?..
