I think Jesus would laugh and be very appreciative of the slogan.

In my view, I think he would throw his hands up in the air, and say, "Look what happens when I leave you on your own for these 2000 years..What have you done to yourselves? To this world? How am I supposed to fix this mess?wtf"

Like it was so great when he left it.

I think he'd be more likely to say 'I like what you've done with the place (generally) - but you've gotta try and sort out those damn Muslim fundamentalists, who are giving Dad a bad name ... claiming to do all that stuff in it'.

Jesus would just walk. Either that or public transportation, maybe bumming rides off motorists. Were he alive today as he was in the 1st century, I believe Jesus Christ my Saviour would live off the kindness of others as a bum and homeless wanderer.

Lord Jesus, you know my door is always open to you. Lord Jesus, I am not worthy to undo the thongs on your sandals, but only say the word and I shall be healed.
So THAT'S what he would do!

He was nothing if not humble and unpretentious, unassuming and approachable.

Yeah, but what if he turned out to be an arrogant jerk ?
Would you still want to play with the hem of his gown ?

An arrogant jerk? Have you cracked open the Bible, read the Gospels?

None of the gospel tell the same things about him, they were written by ordinary people and were probably highly censored or rewritten. Ever thought why the gospels of the other disciples were not published and why that of Judas was only recently published?

An arrogant jerk?

Time can change people.

What if all that publicity had gone to his head and turned him into a complete primadonna ?
You know - demanding fresh tulips be flown in direct from Holland (even out of season) every morning, etc.

And would you PLEASE do something about those extreme "Christians" and "Jews"! !! Somebody needs to give them a clue. I left them my book, but they've forgotten how to read. And the rest of you -- when are you going to get off your butts and say "NO" to those jerks?

I really like WTFWJD. I also like the one I saw at a Marylin Manson show that said "JESUS SAVES...by shopping wisely and using double coupons"
Why would a christian vandalize a car because of a bumper sticker? Wouldn't that be kinda unchristian. WWJD? Key my Jetta? I think it is more of a sin to claim to be righteous but act wrongly.

And...people really need to have a sense of humor. One needs to understand that others have opinions that most likely differ from theirs. I think, feel and believe one thing or another, that needs to be respected. Sure, we can discuss why I feel the way I do But I should not be told I am wrong just because I disagree with you.

it was mildly amusing

What I find worth a good eye-roll nowadays is another sticker.

"Jesus was a community organizer
Pilate was a governor"

gimme a break...
