Are aspies often unable to say NO to people?

I cant say no to people, i even feel guilty if i dont give a homeless person change if he asks.

When it comes to work, i never say no, this is why its hard for me to go anywhere.."well what if work calls?" if im an hour away i cant be of much help. i find myself offering to take shifts i really dont want, and regret taking them later.
