I didn't mean to say that there is no such thing as intuitive leaps, insight and epiphany. I have them, but I am also aware that usually, consciously directed repetition and hours of thought lay the groundwork for those things to enter my consciousness,make me receptive. It is one of the true rewards in life.
And like you say,it is equally joyous to bring them to some fruition of form and variation.
While it has not been my experience, I'm sure there are truly natural intuitives who walk the earth while insight and epiphany fall on them like raindrops. I've not been so fortunate.
