I hate when people say others have no sense of humour. For them to know that, they'd have to be psychic and read every thought the person had, to know that they never found anything funny. I don't know anyone, autistic or NT, who is completely lacking a sense of humour.

Many examples of the following

:D someone else says something I do not find funny, and they tell me that it was a joke


:D I say something that is not a joke and someone bursts out laughing

:D someone merely looks at me and bursts out laughing

:cry: someone says something. They tell me they are "trying to be your friend" or "trying to make conversation". And they are getting on my nerves talking too much

:cry: I want someone to talk to. They act like I am bothering them
