I could have worked in the workplace with somebody for decades, but if one day they came in wearing civilian clothing or in a different context [as a patient in the hospital I used to work in, rather than as a uniformed employee], or if they changed their hair style or shaved their beard or grew a beard] then I would likely not recognize them even if they spoke my name to me. :oops:

I got the lowest score my ASD assessor had ever seen on that part of my test. 8O
There are people close to me in my life whose faces I can't picture at all.

Yes, I can't always pick up on whether someone is worried or contented with myself as person as well, I feel embarrassed to say, I can't accurately determine if someone has a notion for me, a simply way of saying crush, etc..I try my best to observer other features of a person as best as possible.
