That happened to me, the guide was very impressed, she wasn't mad or anything

You might be an Aspie if a random person comes up to and says "I heard you were smart" and you are wondering who told them that.

you might be an aspie if you're walking through the halls and some random person yells out "That girl smart!" to you.

You've taken the Aspie and AQ test several times hoping to see your score get higher.

You worry that, as you read this list, you may find a number of "you might be" items that do not appear to apply, and that you might be mistaken in thinking yourself an Aspie. And then some of the ones that do apply don't seem unique to Aspies, just shy or other folks, so what is an Aspie then? Still, reading down a few lines, read one that is spot on.. and relax.

I read this, and couldn't stop laughing for about five minutes. Damn you doubts!

Try google, I found one, but I'm not sure if it's the right one.
Edit: scored 42 (if it's the right one)

If, when you go to the doctor, the physician is impressed at your medical knowledge. I believe a person has to be proactive when it comes to matters of health.

You might be an aspie if you brush your teeth only once a week, but you want to brush everyday.

You might be an aspie if you forget to do your laundry.

You might be an aspie if a hygienist had to explain to you what plaque was.

You might be an aspie if most of things that make your room messy is clothing all over the floor.

You might be an aspie if people have told you "no-one cares" when you talk about things.

YMBAAI you've just taken said test (the one on wired) yet again, because you've forgotten what you get on it, and weirdly have scored exactly the same 42 as the above poster, so it's definately the answer to life, the universe and everything aspie.

YMBAAI indeed, on the same test, some time ago, you succeeded in getting both extremes. (49 was easy, but 50 took about three shots... I really don't understand some of the questions!)

YMBAAI you've just tried again to get 50 and only got 47.

YMBAAI you've just noticed that reading the results and using "back" is the way to cheat.

YMBAAI you disagree with the ones you "got wrong" (3, 8 and 30)

...if you find yourself ironing and putting on the same outfit every day.
...if you find yourself raiding endless charity shops for cheap videos, even though you have no space and hardly watch any of them
...if you find yourself constantly analysing everyone elses behaviour, right down to the slightest gesture of movement.
...if you watch a movie and have to go and look up every historical figure mentioned on the internet afterwards.
...if you go into a familiar cafe with the intention of having some company, only to sit down away from everyone and find you can't say a word.

I brushed mine on Wednesday. Now you mention it, I might go and do them again.

No - I think I now what plaque is. On second thought, maybe I should Google it, to be sure.

The only clothing on my floor is a pair of socks. The rest (working out from round the char) - A multimeter, webcam holdr, a bag of 3 amp fuses, pen, 3 1/2 floppy, old laptop, a mouse, cables, another floppy, printer, floppy, mouse mat...

Ow! This deserves a thread! What is on the floor within reach from where you are this instant? Or maybe "no-one cares"?

All my dirty laundry is flung on top of one of my wardrobes  but sometimes I miss and have to get it from the back. On my floor is a neat and large pile of started books by my bed, a carrier bag for my rubbish and a lot of dirt cos I have been too lazy to vaccuum.

The laundry goes in a close-able wicker basket thingummy my sister forced me to get.

The books were on the floor yesterday, 'cos I was entering them on a thread here. They stayed for some hours - amazingly few, but there again, I am reading them.

The vacuum... I live alone... I do have a vacuum... I know where it is... this is me pondering... I think I've vacuumed this year... probably about three times last year.
