It's not that I would buy tight jeans, I didn't; it's just that I bought jeans that were my size because I'm skinny and they felt very uncomfortable. Plus I think big wide jeans look better anyways. For some strange reason the young teen guys of today seem to like the really tight ones and I can't understand why; these kids and those fads.

Oh I agree totally. They must have no balls, or at least, want them to suffocate...
I am the same way, I love my baggy jeans.

I think it's the former. Most of them seem to wear makeup too. That's not really a bad thing with the population due to hit 7 billion this year though.

At at least one point in my life, though not necessarily now, I could not stand to wear...

Jeans
Flip flops with no heel straps.
Slip on shoes.
High heels.
Socks with seams.
Lace
Bikini briefs.
G-strings (I never understood why women like these things).
Wool or anything itchy really.
Turtle necks.
Skirts
Panty hose
Low cut tops.
Turtle necks
Scarves
Tops that require "layering"
Tight clothing
And yep, most bras.

I also tend to find bathing suits only partially tolerable.

Occasionally my mother or one of my sisters would be wearing something that looked completely torturous, and they wouldn't deny that it indeed was, but upon my inquiry as to why they were wearing something uncomfortable, the reply would always be a cheerful "Because it's cute!"

Clothing is a funny thing for me, because I really do not care much about what I wear, but there are a lot of things that I will not wear. I dislike a lot of synthetic fabrics; I just do not like the feel of them. I do not like the feel of wool. I prefer cotton or a cotton blend. I dislike tight clothing, especially tight shirts. I hate shoes. I do not like red, yellow, orange, pink, or purple, unless they are very dark.

I dislike wearing most clothes. Shoes and socks are the worst, but I dislike most other clothes too. I just find it uncomfortable and restricting to wear clothes and I hate when the clothes don't stay in place or when the material rubs against my skin or if the clothes don't put the correct amount of pressure on my skin.

The first thing I do when I come home is to take off almost all my clothes. I usually wear only panties and a t-shirt in my home. If I feel cold I'll wrap a blanket around myself.

Since I have to wear clothes when I'm not at home, I try to wear clothes that are somewhat comfortable. I prefer soft and flexible materials. As for style, I only wear clothes that have a plain style. I'm not into fashion at all and dislike most clothes that are "in". I usually wear sporty clothes and I prefer if each piece of clothing has only one or two colors. I absolutely hate stripes and patterns. I'm ok with a small logo or a picture being on it though if it otherwise looks plain.

I really hate shopping for clothes and shoes. I'm extremely picky on those things and find it difficult to find ones that I like and that fit well. I also hate having to follow a dress code for my work. It's not a very strict dress code, but it still makes it hard to find comfortable clothes that I can wear to work.

I like clothing which is loose fitting. I like wearing oversized t shirts with some kind of logo or something on them, and they must be long enough to cover my rear end. I wear either jeans or workout pants from Danskin and New Balance running shoes in black and light blue.

Shorts. I'm also very picky about the texture of my sweaters.

Nothing itchy - most synthetics and all wool is itchy to me. As are tags. LOVE tagless shirts.

Nothing that goes anywhere close to my neck unless it's made of polar fleece. Must wear low-neck tops. I don't wear a bra (a structured cami instead). Don't like anything around my waist... and obviously, nothing that restricts my movement in any way.

NO high heels... I don't like sandals much either, and don't wear them in the city at all because I don't want anything getting on my feet.

Hate:

Anything with acrylic in (can get away with polyester, but it makes me sweat)
bangles and hair slides (fidget with them waaay too much)
nail polish (have to fight urge to peel it off)
heels more than two inches (unless it's a phat platform heel)
bad wool (I'll wear if it's cashmere or lamb's wool)
Corsets - they look hot but not on me
Nylon tights (I have no choice but to wear them, if I want to wear a skirt/dress in winter) I always cringe when pulling them on/off
Hipster jeans (muffin tops)
Anything yellow makes me look like a fried egg
bodycon
socks not made of 100% cotton
flimsy shoes and anything open-toe
Sandals, naturally

Like:
Cotton
Grey
Soft pink and dark red
Indigo
Silk
leather shoes - preferably proper Clarks ones
proper Clarks shoes that properly encase my feet
boots, naturally (not the fetish kind, though)
stripes and polka dots :P (not together though)
Proper trousers that sit on the waist
lace - oddly enough
socks made of 100% cotton

Must only wear new balance tennis shoes because of really messed up feet problems.

I hate cheap itchy lace, cotton lace only
Wont wear:
Clothes tight through the midsection
Itchy stuff
Bright colors
Wild patterns
Poka dot patterns
Horrizonal patterns and stripes
Anything too dressy…unless I have to

Likes:
Cotton
Fine high quality wool…not the cheap itchy stuff
Alpaca
Soft synthetics
Love….international styles and hand dyed, hand spun, hand knitted stuff

Just an odd observation, has anyone noticed that a whole bunch of us hate tight fitting clothes...except for a few exceptions?

I too hate tight fighting clothes.

I hate any kind of wool or knit sweater, who in the right mind decided that they would make itchy sweaters

lace, it makes me itchy
sock and shoes
high heels
most tight clothing
dresses
anything with a huge logo on it. I don't want to be a walking advertisement
pink, peach, orange, brown, yellow

I love:
corduroy
oversized jackets
fingerless gloves
bucket hats
green, gray, purple, blue

I can't seem to buy new underwear.

Must be an Aspie thing, I have 2 pairs of cotton women's boxers, which I have been sleeping in since 2002. They are now threadbare and I will really be upset when they fall apart because they are so comfortable, and I cannot find anymore like them. The so called women's boxers for sale now seem designed to crawl up into your crotch. The boxers I have are x-tra large, and reach halfway down my thighs. My boyfriend, also an Aspie, waited until the waistband was separating from his undies until he bought more. Then he had to get them from JC Penny.

I don't like wearing clothes with buttons or frills on. I have to really force myself to get out my blouse when I'm going to an interview.....

anything that catches on skin(like nylon or silk)
anything that causes static cling(like wool or corduroy)(Static cling will make me freak out)
overly tight or constricting clothes
overly loose clothes(like khakis)
clothes which are loose in one area and tight in another(like boot cut jeans)
clothing which seems like part of it is missing(like wife beater or tank top shirts)
flimsy clothing(like khakis or thin cotton t-shirts)
boots and dress shoes
clothing with logos unless the logos are very small
bright colors or visually distracting
almost all non-white socks, because they tend to be too thick or fabrics I hate

This. And dress pants & dress shoes. They're very uncomfortable and limit my movement. Also, boxers. They're too loose and make me afraid that I'll do Ben Stiller's thing from There's Something About Mary.

I cannot STAND Converse All Star trainers. I'm sorry, I know they're popular, but I find them really ugly to look at. The versions of them by other companies look even worse, and I don't like them for another reason I cannot quite identify.
