Ok, that's the fault of the police, I think. I don't know how it works at the station, nor what they learn for training, but they should at least be aware of this issue. Aren't there ways to check if a person is intoxicated vs. tired/groggy? And really; even though I don't know sign language, shouldn't a cop be aware of the difference between ASL and
gang signs? That is really pathetic service.
