I admit I'm often bothered by bad grammar/spelling but I also think it's rude to correct others so I don't, even if I have a hard time understanding what they say (so boo to you Boo for correcting EnglishInvader

Such a rule would be especially absurd on a forum where many members have dyslexia or other learning disabilities.
Whenever I see someone correcting a non-native speaker I can't help wondering how many languages do
they speak

For the record, I have no problem with Boo correcting my French. I'm glad he took the time to respond to my post.
As for English, I'd like to correct other people's spelling/grammar, but I don't out of respect for their wishes. The only exception is on another forum where a member claimed to be a teacher and seemed to have trouble understanding the use of an apostrophe (
tree's instead of
trees etc).
Also,if anyone sees any errors in my spelling or grammar, I'm quite happy to listen.
