Aside from the fact that they protect you from the elements and it's illegal in most places to go without them.....clothes are meaningless to me.

I have no desire to express myself through the clothes I wear.

I hardly see the point of expressing myself at all much of the time.

For the most part...I would walk through this world invisible if I could.

n4wad, you specified your sexual orientation to be asexual

My sexual orientation is OS - i am Objectum sexual
Which means I can fall in love with objects, and I have had great relationships with objects in the past
My current girlfriend - of nearly 3 years - Lady Liberty and I are very much in love.

It upsets me to hear that somebody hates her so much, when there no reason to. She thinks if your gonna hate her, then you also hate the idea of freedom, because thats what she promotes.

If you want more on OS visit www.objectum-sexuality.org

I still want to read the rest of this thread but my first impression was...OMG, I LOVE IT!! !! !! I love that you dress up like the Statue of Liberty just because YOU WANT TO!! ! If I met you the first time, I might think that you were working somewhere to promote the SoL but if I saw you on a daily basis and you always dressed like her -- damn, that's SO AWESOME!

I think people who want you to dress as THEY want you to dress are envious as hell that you're waaaaayyyy more interesting than they could ever be in their wildest dreams.

Hey - thanks for the nice comment - and yep! I wear my costume on a regular basis

I went to see my dietician today and she thought it was awesome! She was lookin at my keys and wallet that both display american flag/ statue of liberty themes too!

Walking back a older guy, that looked like he would have looked good on a motorbike, with a sleeveless shirt on and a long beard stopped me and said wow your outfit looks great! And he proceeded to ask me if I'd been to see Lady Liberty herself, and he said he'd seen me in town a few times before but he was always the other side of the road to me

People generally treat me regularly, because I am relaxed and not embarrased to wear what I am.. and I guess people aree used to seeing me in town as well.

There is another lady in town that dresses up as well, but she wears a different dress than me, and she wears huge wigs :)
