And if our brains dont naturally comply, or that social matrix is poisoned with fascist ideology?

Is it wise to not attempt relating???

That doesn't make *you* a flood, that makes you a part of the flood of individuals who think like you in *some way* and express the same social feedback about the same kind of certain social expressions(Posts, speeches, etc.). But you're not necessarily the same in all ways. You've already indicated your independent bent indicates there are many ways about you that are dissimilar from the majority of your peers.

Hey, I'm not chiding anyone who's found their group -- I say good for them! The last sentence was just a tangent lamenting for those who haven't 'found their place' in this world. I'm empathizing for them.

All I've been really doing was pointing out the particular positive and negative social feedback loops that relate to social positioning and popularity, so that everyone who might be interested in understanding the dynamics of popularity can better understand them. (Such as those who apparently don't understand "popularity".)

That's up to you. And if you choose that route, then all power to you.

Fair enough. I think you've been putting things in a way that seems antagonistic. I am going to assume that's part of your ASD and forgive you.

If you do, I'll make them back! (how terribly NT of us would that be?)

I'm sure it is the previous divisions and subgroups within the collective that you're thinking of that makes you think it doesn't exist. Well, it does. Ask any aspie!

I've experienced it. I just don't believe agreeing = collective thought.

It's nice to see you deciding I don't have Aspergers because I disagree with you, though.

I'm more of a dominant 'put me in my place' sort of person. Anyone care to challenge me?

For all those who are clueless about "social feedback loops" that demonstrate ones social positioning within the social hierarchy that underlies this phenomenon called 'popularity', please see the last couple of posts. They definitely exist.

I don't think anyone was doubting they exist, just some of your assertions about them.

I see you didn't apologise to Tea. That would be a good social move.

Nobody said they didn't exist. We merely disagree with your assessment of them.

Collective thought is a common similarity in thinking, such as those that characterize NT thinking.

You might have it, but I don't have the evidence for making that assumption, do I? So, just to be safe, ask another aspie.

For what, exactly? Remember, think like someone with AS. They have no idea what might need to be forgiven because they don't perceive a "social blunder".
