As a child, were you extremely talkative or very quiet?

My parents say I was very talkative, yet I remember being very quiet. I think I was really talkative around them or people I knew well and quiet around strangers. I remember talking a lot about things I was interested in, like animals.

Extemely quiet and shy as I remember it, never really managed to make friends except maybe one or two (had an "imaginary" friend called Bear tho, who I spoke to nearly all the time and a very deep psychic connection with my father).

As soon as I could speak, I was extremely talkative. I still am. I have massive speeches and can go on for hours about a topic of interest and still would not realise that anyone was listening.

Quiet as a toddler but I became more talkative as a child. Still, I was (and still am) quiet in school.

I can never shut up at home but I rarely talk during class. You ought to see the look on my teachers' faces during open house when my parents tell them I talk all the time when I'm home. Haha. ^^

I was labeled " very shy" in early school.
I usually felt overwhelmed around strangers; even when older.
If company came over I would hide out and try to regain my composure by counting #'s or just' force-think- rationaly' in someway and then appear.
