I'm a seeder! I never thought of it as a stim before! But I buy the big size industrial bags, because I go through so many seeds. (The constant snap pop, rustle drives my husband nuts!)

What I like best? That would be vocal stims. Nonsensical sounds, repeating the sound of interesting sounding words, repeating syllables, just singing a melody, just repeating phrases I've heard or that I've said myself.

But I also like the rocking, actually from side to side, not back and forth and yeah, hand flapping that I didn't know was flapping, and of course, holding/pressing my hands in front of my face.
Maybe biting my bottom lip is a stim to. I do it all the time, I'm amazed I didn't manage to eat my bottom lip yet.

Mine now is waving a stick around with a cat toy at the end of it. I constantly do this while sitting down or watching a show. I guess this is constructive stimming since my cats get something out of it.

So I'm curious about how many feet stimmers there are. I walk barefoot, or rub my feet on smooth surfaces. I rub smooth things with my hands too but it isn't as good. It is more of a substitute for when I have to have shoes on (i.e. in most public situations).

Do people who walk or pace feel that this is a foot stim or a more of a whole body stim like rocking?

I would probably be a foot stimmer, but I have a sensitivity that doesn't let me go barefoot. I can't stand dirt touching my feet.

it depends on what i'm doing and what state i'm in.

if i'm studying under pressure for a test or something, i rock a lot, if i'm focusing very intensly (i.e. when reading about my interests) i rock. if i'm not doing something as intense as above, leg shaking, toe rubbing, playing with fingers, and chewing lips/cheeks are all very common.

i've also found that my stimming has gone down a bit since i started concerta (monday last week, increased dose to 36mg monday this week) but i also noticed, once, that i was rocking side to side, which i've never done before.

haha i hear ya

it seems as though every time i sit down in front of the tv i grab some clementines if they're around (little oranges) even if i'm not hungry. i noticed that since i started methylphenidate (concerta, same thing that's in ritalin) i don't feel hungry and don't snack during the day but i still grab some of them for tv.

Same here, bad habit. It's probably why I'm overweight.

I crack my knuckles, elbows and neck a lot. I also have to rub my eyes quite often.

waveing me hand jedi style infront of automatic doors, cracking my neck, arms and knuckles, scratch me head, do voices, overeating, humming, air guitaring/drumming, playing along to piano versions of video game themes on the table or just blanking out

When I am alone my favourite is hand flapping, feels good just thinking about it...

In public I crack my knuckles, take apart pens, drum on the dest, bite the tips of my fingers, or spin my chain.
