*mutters grumpily* Well, now that my illusions of Vivi being infallible have been shattered...

I'm trying to be understanding here, but I must confess I'm a little ticked off Ante... particularly as this isn't just a once off. Aspies tend to be very gullible little critters, and I well remember that when you said you were appologising for tipping off the press about Will Freund and the majority of people here were angry at you, I accepted your appology and admired your courage in owning up to what you did. Now I don't know what to think... I want very much to believe that you are sincere, but what evidence is there that this appology is any more genuine than your little cupid scheme? I believe that we all deserve second chances, and falling short of that there *is* that pesky little biblical passage about forgiving seventy times seven. For what it's worth, I accept your appology on face value, but I think it will take some work for you to earn back my trust...

Then feel free to let him make a monkey out of you, but he needs to leave me (and the rest of us) the hell alone.! If he wants to pull stupid pranks, let him start his own website dedicated to it, but it better not involve anything I say on WP!

I tenth your argument, BeeBee. I don't come here to be "shaken up" and feel foolish and stupid for believing such things or those posts, etc., by similar trolls. It is only a painful and embarrassing reminder of how gullible I often am.

But there's a difference between thinking something would have been funny for the receiver (which this didn't really end up that way) and actually finding out it wasn't funny but not apologizing.

I would have had no problem with it, since I do not believe Ante did it maliciously but thought we would be amused instead. But when most people were not, he should have apologized.

The only reason I would be a bit disgruntled is for a lack of an apology and that is all.

I was slightly clueless (as always) about this and chose to ignore it. I think the person (or people) involved should be strictly warned... and maybe this discussion should be moved to the member's only forum.

What was too funny about it was I got one of these messages on my birthday. I kinda thought that was odd timing but then again, now that I look at this I guess that was just random chance.
