Where are we ? ...general..Hmmph
My interests are more diverse than eclectic.

I have a pyro licence, but fireworking (manufacture) is illegal here, so I obviously don't do that
Bowyery (making archery gear)
Russian and Chinese weaponry (work related)
Drone design (but it would be illegal to fire a rocket from a drone, so I patently couldn't do that)
Last centuries video equipment.
Sci fi paperbacks (measured in shelf metres)
Pharmacohorticulture (surely nothing against the law)
Rally driving (until I sold the Ford wagon.. that car was so sweet to drift.)
Punk and skate-punk music... Still a thrash puppy at heart.
The overriding interest?... Girls... The whole list vanishes when I get smiled at.

Now that I see the list I note it's probable majority gender bias...
Maybe, despite my general aversion, I have more in common with men than I thought.
